    Your first visit typically includes a comprehensive consultation to assess your skin concerns and goals. We’ll recommend personalized treatments and skincare products to help you achieve the best results.
  • Do I need a consultation before booking a procedure?
    A consultation is required for certain treatments, like PDO threads, medically assisted weight loss, Ultherapy, and laser treatments to ensure the procedure is right for you. If you're unsure, please call the office.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $100 fee.
  • Should I tip for my services?
    Tipping is welcome for day spa services but is neither expected nor accepted for medical procedures. It is considered unprofessional and unethical for providers to accept tips for medical treatments. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask—we’re happy to clarify!
  • How long do results from neurotoxin treatments last?
    Neurotoxins like Botox® and Xeomin typically last 3-4 months, though this can vary depending on individual factors.
  • How Many Botox, Dysport, Or Xeomin Units Will I Need?
    The number of units required will vary for each person based on the region being treated, your intended result, your lifestyle, and your daily habits.
  • Approximately How Long Does It Take Botox, Dysport, Or Xeomin To Work?
    Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin will start to work in 2-4 days and peak on day 14.
  • After My Anti-Wrinkle Injections, How Soon Can I Apply Makeup, Skincare, Or Sunscreen?
    After your treatment, you may use cosmetics, skincare, and sunscreens, but avoid applying excessive pressure.
  • What Are The Possible Side Effects After My Anti-Wrinkle Treatments?
    • Small bumps may be visible around the injection site. These typically last 15 minutes but no longer than a few hours. • Some swelling and bruising are possible but rare. Bruise cream is available in the office and can help reduce bruising. • The injections may cause headaches in some patients. Over-the-counter pain- relieving medications can be taken as needed.
  • What Should I Avoid After Getting Botox, Dysport, Or Xeomin Treatments?
    After receiving Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Daxxify treatments, avoid rubbing or pressing on the treated areas for at least 4-6 hours. Refrain from heavy exercise or excessive sweating during this time, and avoid hot environments like saunas or hot tubs on the day of your treatment. Following these guidelines helps ensure the product stays in place and delivers optimal results.
  • Are filler results immediate?
    Yes, most dermal fillers provide immediate volume and lift. However, final results may improve over a few weeks as the product settles.
  • What areas can be treated with Radiesse or Sculptra?
    Radiesse and Sculptra can be used for facial rejuvenation and to restore volume in areas like the neck, hands, and other areas of the body.
  • How do I prepare for microneedling?
    Pick up pre-treatment skincare and numbing cream from our office. Use the skincare for five days prior and apply the numbing cream before your appointment as directed.
  • How should I care for my skin after microneedling?
    Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area. Skip makeup, heavy exercise, and direct sun exposure for 24 hours. Mild redness and sensitivity are normal and should subside in a few days.
  • How many chemical peels do I need to see results?

    Your monthly membership payment is added to your account as a “beauty bank” to use toward treatments. Each tier includes additional perks and discounts.
  • Can I change or cancel my membership?
    Memberships can be adjusted or canceled with 30 days notice. Unused beauty bank funds expire 6 months after membership cancellation.
  • How does your medically assisted weight loss program work?
    We use GLP-1 receptor agonists, combined with personalized support and resources like a detailed booklet, to help you achieve sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health.
